Job Description Create your best future and join Westpac as a Service Owner. What’s the role? As the Service Owner for DMaaS, you’ll take charge of a core data platform that helps our Unite teams understand, profile and remediate data in a safe, governed and scalable way. You’ll own the end to end lifecycle of the service, making decisions, driving improvements, steering risk conversations and ensuring the platform keeps performing for the people who rely on it every day. This full time hybrid role is based in Sydney or Sydney Warrane, Gadigal Country, and the Gold Coast hub. You’ll spend three days in the office collaborating with engineers, technologists and delivery teams to shape a modern, resilient and future looking data environment. What do I need? • Experience owning or managing a technical platform, ideally in data engineering, data quality or data integration • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to manage escalations and drive resolutions • Practical experience with data platforms or tools like Informatica • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • A curiosity for emerging tech and a desire to continuously improve services Why join us?
