Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, this role partners with Sales, Operations, Delivery and Product leaders to deliver commercial insight across the largest business division. The position turns operational and commercial data into actionable insights, improving forecasting discipline, margin visibility and strategic decision making. Benefits: Competitive remuneration aligned with a senior commercial finance role Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision making Hybrid working environment based in Sydney Opportunity to influence revenue growth, retention and margin performance Work within a high growth technology-driven business Duties / Key responsibilities: Partner with Sales, Operations, Delivery and Product leaders to analyse performance and identify revenue and margin opportunities Deliver forecasting, planning and performance analysis across ARR, NRR, churn and margin Evaluate investment initiatives and business cases including ROI, risk and payback analysis Develop clear commercial insights and executive level reporting for leadership and Board discussions Maintain KPI frameworks and improve data quality, reporting processes and analytical capability Skills and experience: CA, CPA or CFA qualification 5 years’ experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Analyst or Commercial Manager role Strong commercial judgement with experience supporting sales-led environments Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel modelling and Power BI skills Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (for example HubSpot or NetSuite) Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex data into clear insights Experience mentoring or guiding analysts If interested in this opportunity, please apply using the link.
