To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate: Experience conducting assessments in accordance with the Training package requirements, including online submissions Previously delivered Individual Support, Disability and/or Community Services training Links and current experience working within the Aged and/or Disability Care industry Be able to assist in the identification of employment opportunities Display strong initiative and a willingness to support and facilitate long term outcomes Ability to promote students to industry and employers Our ideal candidate will have: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or TAE40116 with the required units/upgrades as per Standards for RTOs 2025. Demonstrated experience delivering and assessing Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability). Ability to participate in assessment validation, moderation and continuous improvement activities. Strong understanding of compliance requirements under the Standards for RTOs and Training Packages. A background working with disadvantaged clients, would be strongly considered, but is not essential.
