About the Role We are seeking a Trainer and Assessor for the Certificate III in Pathology Collection, with current industry experience and the ability to effectively transfer their knowledge and skills to our diverse cohort of students. This role is offered on a permanent, part-time basis and is fully onsite at our Adelaide campus. The position requires availability on Monday & Tuesday OR Thursdays and Fridays each week for training delivery, plus Wednesdays allocated as an administration day - either a full day every second week or a half day each week, depending on your availability. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality training, facilitating both practical and theoretical learning sessions. Assess students’ competencies in accordance with current training packages and industry standards. Prepare and maintain learning materials to support training delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records. Support students’ educational progress and development. Ensure compliance with RTO standards and regulatory requirements. Selection criteria: Strong knowledge and experience in Pathology workflows and practical procedures Relevant qualifications in Pathology or a related field Holds a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) Why Join SCEI?
