About the Role We’re looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team at the Nerang branch. This role is all about helping our customers get the right parts, every time. You’ll be answering enquiries, interpreting orders, and making sure our customers walk away with the confidence that they’ve got exactly what they need. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving, knows their way around European vehicles, and thrives in a fast-paced, team environment. Your day-to-day will involve: Assisting customers (in-store, by phone, and online) with parts enquiries and sales Interpreting customer requirements and providing accurate parts advice Processing orders, quotes, and invoices Working closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order flow Keeping product knowledge up to date across European vehicle brands Maintaining a friendly, professional, and customer-first approach at all times About You You’re the kind of person who: Has strong automotive parts knowledge (European brands highly regarded) Enjoys solving problems and finding the right solution for the customer Is confident using computer systems to process orders and manage stock Brings excellent communication and customer service skills Works well under pressure and can juggle multiple enquiries at once Previous parts interpreting or automotive experience (preferred, but not essential) Why You’ll Love Working with Us At hsy, we take our culture seriously.
