We’re seeking an experienced and skilled Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis, delivering roading projects across a variety of stabilising and road rehabilitation projects, including main roads, rail, mining and airport civil works. Working closely with our Project Managers, you'll coordinate & mentor crews, ensuring they're performing safely and efficiently, while delivering high quality work. You will lead by example, by maintaining our positive team culture and enforcing health & safety aspects of the job.
