Immediate Start | Welshpool Location | Ongoing Work Our client is currently seeking experienced First Class Welders to join their team for ongoing workshop work based in Welshpool . This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders looking for consistent hours, competitive pay, and long-term stability in a high-performing mining services environment. You will be working with heavy steel components, performing high-quality welds on mild and carbon steel materials while meeting strict quality standards and workshop testing requirements. What’s on Offer Ongoing work with immediate start Day and Night Shifts available Paid lunch breaks on 12-hour shifts 50–60 hours per week available Monday to Saturday roster Stable, ongoing role with strong earning potential What We’re Looking For Minimum 2–3 years welding experience Strong Fluxcore welding experience (Including Gauging) Ability to weld 8mm to 12mm fillet and butt welds Competent in 3G positional welding Experience working with mild/carbon steel (Hardox experience highly regarded) Able to pass a visual weld test on 16mm mild/carbon steel using Fluxcore before commencement Must have Forklift Licence (LF) or willing to obtain within 2 weeks Valid driver’s licence (non-negotiable) If you are looking for consistent hours, interesting technical work and a workshop that values skill and experience, APPLY NOW!
