Our client is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience in family law to join their growing Perth-based practice. This is a hands-on role suited to a solicitor confident managing files independently while contributing to a collaborative and well-run team. About the Role In this role, you will: Advise clients across family law, criminal law, inheritance disputes and litigation Manage matters end-to-end with autonomy and support Draft legal documents including applications, affidavits and submissions Appear in court, mediations and negotiations Build strong, professional client relationships Collaborate with colleagues to deliver practical, outcome-focused legal solutions About You The ideal candidate will: Be admitted to practice in Western Australia with at least 3 years’ post-admission experience. Have experience in one or more relevant practice areas – particularly family, criminal and/or inheritance. Communicate clearly and confidently with clients.
