We are looking for a motivated Graduate / Junior Estimator who wants to build a long-term career in commercial construction. The Role Working within our pre-construction team, you will assist with: Quantity take-offs and BOQ measurement Reviewing drawings and specifications Preparing tender documentation Obtaining and analysing subcontractor quotes Cost planning and value engineering Supporting project budgets and variation pricing Learning the full tender lifecycle from enquiry to submission You’ll gain practical exposure to real-world estimating across diverse commercial sectors. About You We’re looking for someone who: Has recently completed (or is completing) a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar (CQU, JCU or equivalent) Is highly motivated and career-focused Has strong numerical and analytical capability Demonstrates attention to detail Communicates clearly and professionally Is willing to learn and take ownership Previous industry experience (cadetship, work placement, site experience) is highly regarded but not essential.
