About the role Our Melbourne Real Estate team are currently recruiting a Senior Associate, working closely with Andrew Barrett, you will work across complex matters with a focus on real estate finance, development and investment. The team is known as one of the best in the Australian market. We work with financial institutions, investors and developers on their major projects, investments (both debt and equity) and capital partnering activities. You will gain exposure to the biggest transactions and the biggest participants across all aspects of the capital stack. You will have Excellent analytical, communication and research skills - to deliver prompt and commercially astute advice First rate experience of drafting documents Strong commitment to client service and well-developed relationship management ability - you will play a key role in supporting and actively developing our relationships with our clients Team focus - to mentor junior colleagues and ensure the effective utilisation of the group Enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities - assisting with pitches and managing strategic relationships and network You will have recognised experience gained in a similar environment and enjoy working as part of a committed team.
