Key responsibilities include: Lead a team of professionals, guiding them to achieve project goals. Coordinate and direct project managers, construction teams and subcontractors, overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with design, quality, and other client specifications. Managing all aspects of the project to ensure timely and successful delivery. Provide and track relevant Project goals and KPIs, that are aligned with the Company’s business objectives Developing detailed project plans, including scheduling deliverables, estimating costs, and selecting appropriate tools, materials, and equipment. Tracking and managing inventory, procurement, and resource allocation. Leading and supervising construction teams, subcontractors, and consultants both onsite and offsite. Ensuring all construction activities adhere to design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements. Maintaining clear and proactive communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and progress. Skills and Qualifications Qualification in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field 5 years’ experience managing High Voltage (33kV) or utility/infrastructure projects Proven experience leading and building high-performing teams in complex, safety-critical environments Strong knowledge of HV systems, switching, isolation procedures, and commissioning, as well as OH&S legislation and risk management Demonstrated project management experience across cost, schedule, quality, and risk Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills; ability to work with technical working groups Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, plan, delegate, and manage multiple workstreams under pressure Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, and project management software Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently or as part of a cohesive team Current National Police Clearance Valid C-Class Driver’s Licence Willingness to travel to worksites or client locations as required Demonstrated strong safety record and commitment to delivering projects to the highest standards Work rights within Australia Benefits include: Work on High-Impact Projects Strong Values-Driven Culture, be supported by an experienced management team.
