Our client is a well-established, boutique commercial property agency located just outside the CBD. With excellent staff retention and steady growth, they are now seeking a Property Administrator with exposure to commercial trust accounting to join their close-knit team. This is an great opportunity for someone who enjoys the structure of accounts and administration but is equally keen to build a long-term career in commercial property. Training and mentorship will be provided, working alongside an experienced Trust Accountant and supportive leadership team. The Opportunity This role will see you supporting the day-to-day management of trust accounts and commercial property administration across a well-maintained portfolio, predominantly single-tenant industrial assets with some office properties. You will be given hands-on training across all aspects of commercial trust accounting, with clear scope to grow your responsibilities over time. Key Responsibilities Trust Accounting & Financial Administration Administration of commercial trust account records Daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations Processing receipts, charges and creditor invoices Rental adjustments, refunds and bond management Managing arrears reporting and cash flow monitoring Processing exchange and settlement monies Assisting with budgets and forecasting Property Administration Support Maintaining accurate financial and lease records Liaising with tenants, landlords and external stakeholders Supporting compliance and reporting requirements Assisting the property management team with general administration About You Previous experience in property administration, accounts or trust accounting (commercial or residential) Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Comfortable working with reconciliations and financial data Reliable, organised and looking to build a long-term career Keen to learn and develop within commercial property Why Consider This Role?
