About the role This role oversees workforce, finance, procurement, and operational support activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and compliance with Parks Victoria policies, procedures, and contractual requirements. The position exercises sound judgement and initiative to resolve complex administrative and operational matters, identify and implement improvements to business processes, and support the achievement of program objectives. It coordinates the preparation of reports, submissions, and correspondence, and manages key meetings, workshops, and projects, including monitoring progress, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records.
