We’re looking for a confident, energetic Customer Service Representative to join our Queanbeyan team and be the friendly face and voice our customers rely on every day. About the role This is a busy, varied position where no two days look the same. You’ll be the go‑to person for customers across NSW/ACT—both over the phone and face‑to‑face at our Queanbeyan branch. You’ll work closely with our wider Stramit teams, who are always on hand to support you. What you’ll be doing Helping customers with orders, quotes and product queries (phone walk‑ins) Building strong relationships with builders, tradies and regular customers Managing multiple tasks at once while keeping things running smoothly Working closely with internal teams (planning, logistics, sales, manufacturing) Troubleshooting issues and finding solutions confidently and calmly Being the friendly, reliable point of contact customers trust What we’re looking for A genuine “all‑rounder” who thrives in a fast‑paced environment Experience with building products (essential) Strong communicator who is confident dealing with customers face‑to‑face Self‑reliant, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks like a pro Someone bright, positive and full of energy Relationship‑builder with a naturally helpful approach Experience with CRM and phone systems is a plus but not essential Why join Stramit?
