About the role We are now seeking a Problem Management Coordinator to join our team, working on an exciting new program of work in Canberra. Key Responsibilities Provide support involved with the investigation of service interruptions in relation to one or more Incidents that have been reported. Ongoing improvements and uplifts toward proactive problem identification, with early risk identification, and prevention of potential Incidents before they occur. Take responsibility to classify, prioritise, investigate, monitor, escalate, and communicate to coordinate responses within the MVE. Manage problems and their life-cycle, until resolution is achieved. Detect change of state, aligning precise controls and actions for CI/CMDB affected entries. Providing assurance through day shift operations with event notifications and incident management. Baseline security clearance is required, and the role will commence during January and February 2026. What's in it for you!
