About the role We are now seeking an IT Asset Management Coordinator to join our team, working on an exciting new program of work in Canberra. Key Responsibilities Ensure all information pertaining to Configuration Items (CIs) required to deliver services are maintained in the CMDB and all IT assets are appropriately managed through the entire life cycle. Support how the assets and CIs have been configured, and their critical interrelationships, as this provides valuable support to other processes such as Incident, Change, and Release Management. Required Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Asset and Configuration Management environment in an IT environment Knowledge of Configuration and Asset Management methodology, process and procedure Strong organisational and time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks Solid understanding of ITIL, the requirement for process adherence and process improvements The ability to interpret and apply end to end processes to the daily job Ability to work effectively within a team environment or with limited supervision Ability to actively listen, question and communicate clearly both written and verbal Baseline security clearance is required, and the role will commence during January and February 2026.
