With strong demand and a solid pipeline of work, we’re expanding our team and looking for a reliable, organised, and customer‑focused Receptionist / Administration Assistant to support our office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a busy, hands‑on environment. About the Role You will be the first point of contact for customers, and visitors, while providing essential administrative support to the administrative team. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries professionally Preparing and organising customer information packs and documentation Managing customer relationships and maintaining accurate CRM records Basic bookkeeping duties using the Xero accounting system Assisting with data entry, filing, and general office administration Supporting the operations and sales teams with day‑to‑day tasks Maintaining a tidy, organised, and welcoming office environment What We’re Looking For Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail Confidence using computers and office software (Xero experience highly regarded) Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team‑focused approach Why Join Us?
