About the role Based in Workshop in O’Connor Ad-hoc site work within W.A Join an experienced team well known in the industry 8-10 hour days with flexibility around start/finish times Key Responsibilities Interpretation of isometrics/drawings and assembly of complex piping systems including interpreting flange tables with inclinations/offsets Experienced with site pipe fitting practices, ensuring spools fit correctly from start to finish and weld prep/alignment is within acceptable tolerances Experience with onsite mechanical fitting practices including the use of hydraulic torque equipment Installation and alignment of piping packages, including - spools, flanges, valves and supports Site installation and supports and associated pipework infrastructure About You Trade qualified in pipe fitting/mechanical fitting/ boilermaking Experience in oil and gas, mining, or heavy industrial sectors Strong communication and interpersonal skills Pro-active in maintaining a safe work environment including housekeeping activities Professional attitude, take accountability and pride in own work If you’re passionate about safety and looking to be part of a growing organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
