Known for their hands-on technical expertise and high safety standards, they deliver reliable maintenance programs, coating applications, and asset protection services tailored to site conditions. What You Will Be Doing Maintain factory safety standards, including correct use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures.Monitor that employees perform tasks aligned with their skills matrix and assigned roles.Raise any job- or manufacturing-specific questions to the engineer or operations manager in line with the organisational chart.Keep the job board on the factory floor up to date with current tasks and priorities.Consult with the stock taker on material availability for jobs and liaise with the purchaser regarding any required goods.Attend weekly production meetings to ensure open communication between the factory and management. What You Will Need Leading Hand Skills & ExperienceReasonable computer skills. Experience with running a small team.Fiberglass Experience is highly desirable. Whats In It For You?
