This includes employment, education, criminal, and address verification. Location: Canberra, Adelaide, Australia. Mode: Dispatch – On-call, ticket-based support. SLA: 4 hours, Same Business Day (SBD) and Next Business Day (NBD) support. Skills & Requirements Good knowledge of AV systems, meeting room setups, and video conferencing tools. Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration tools and meeting room environments. Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, cabling, connectivity issues). Experience in EUC support, device management, and onsite IT support. Ability to support basic connectivity and troubleshooting for non-Windows and non-Microsoft devices. Good customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
