About the role: We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Surgical Ward Registered Nurse to join our dynamic clinical team on a part time basis with a minimum 38 hours per fortnight. Duties and responsibilities: This role will see you working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes. Assist the nursing team to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care Ensure the ward and equipment is ready for patients Ensure patient safety and communication with surgical team is always a key focus Monitor and evaluate patient recovery, addressing any complications Deliver education and support to patients for the management of their recovery Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses on shift About You: You have a genuine passion for nursing, providing world-class patient care and adding value to Australian healthcare.
