This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, high-performing environment delivering advanced, patient-centred care to critically ill patients. You will be working collaboratively with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to comprehensive care planning, respond effectively to clinical deterioration and support patients and their loved ones during highly acute and often challenging circumstances.
