The Blood Collection Service is responsible for providing collection services across numerous sites within the Sydney Local Health District (SLHD). The RPA Collections Registered Nurse is part of a large and diverse team of pathology collectors and administration staff and will work with Pathology staff and the LHD to provide a high level service. The role encompasses problem solving, decision making, communicating, coaching and counselling skills in the coordination of staff and service provision, to provide an exemplary Pathology Collection Service.
