You will work as part of a clinical team which includes registered nurses on duty 24/7 and be supported by a professional management team and a committed resident centred board. Located in the vibrant regional township of Cowra NSW; the organisation offers 84 residential beds including a 14-bed secured dementia unit and is one of the largest employers in the area with over 160 employees. About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrative and System Support to join our team in Cowra Retirement Village. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Facilities Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of systems, processes, and day‑to‑day facilities functions of catering,maintenance and housekeeping department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, accuracy, and contributing to a well‑run workplace environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with system updates, data maintenance, and ongoing management of facilities‑related platforms. Perform accurate and timely data entry, including asset records, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation. Work under the Facilities Manager to maintain the standard and compliance of the department. Support coordination of maintenance requests, contractor schedules, and facility activities. Maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information. Provide general administrative support such as correspondence, record‑keeping, and procurement assistance. About You Strong attention to detail and moderate to high level of accuracy in data entry. Confident using digital systems, databases, and Microsoft Office, Excel applications and other online platform. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills. Attention to details Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors. A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
