What you’ll be doing: Owning end-to-end category performance across retail and e-commerce Managing supplier relationships, negotiations, pricing, rebates and joint business plans Building ranges that balance commercial performance with customer demand Driving pricing strategy, margin performance and stock health Leading GTM for new products and exclusives Partnering closely with stores, e-commerce, marketing and supply chain Actively managing aged stock, sell-through and replenishment strategies This is a hands-on, commercially accountable role where your decisions genuinely matter.
