The Role An exciting new opportunity is available for a highly organised and analytical Retail Operations Support professional to join our Support Office team in Malvern, supporting three iconic brands – GAZMAN, Perri Cutten and Cable. This role contributes to the smooth operation of our national store network by supporting the effective use of in-store systems, retail processes, and operational standards. You will be the initial contact for store system enquiries, assist retail teams through training and operational support, and utilise data and reporting to help improve performance, manage costs, and enhance customer outcomes. This casual, 3-day-per-week role is ideal for a university student seeking hands-on exposure to retail operations, systems, and Support Office functions within a national retail organisation. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to: Monitor and resolve store enquiries via Zendesk within agreed timeframes Provide training and support across in-store systems and processes Support store operations including Ship from Store, Click & Collect, Floor to Door and Afterpay Monitor Ship from Store/Floor to Door orders in AP21 and manage Shippit order processing Manage store alarm codes, consumables enquiries, and gift card distribution Maintain relationships with key vendors and external stakeholders Provide operational reporting and data to internal teams Communicate policy and process updates from Support Office to stores Support compliance with retail operations policies and procedures You will have: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail apparel environment (preferred) Strong understanding of retail systems, IT infrastructure, and operational processes Experience delivering training initiatives across a large, disaggregated workforce Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, AP21 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong customer and results focus Why join us?
