A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tractor and Farm Machinery Salesperson to join a highly respected dealership group. This role focuses on servicing a diverse and productive farming region in South Australia, providing high-quality equipment solutions to a loyal customer base. You will represent several leading global brands, offering a comprehensive range of machinery designed to enhance farm productivity. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships and understands the unique challenges of modern broadacre and livestock operations. Role responsibilities: Manage and grow an established sales territory through proactive farm visits. Conduct professional on-farm machinery demonstrations. Prepare accurate quotes and manage the sales process from inquiry to delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and equipment technology. Attend local field days and community events to promote the dealership. Required skills: Proven sales experience within the agricultural machinery industry. Strong technical understanding of tractors and harvesting equipment. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage a busy travel schedule. A genuine commitment to providing high-level customer service. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, including a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 , plus commission, a company vehicle, phone, and laptop.
