Your new role As a Teacher Aide You Will Be Required To Display respect and empathy for students with high level needsSupport students in and out of the classroom, including during playground dutyDisplay confidentiality, tact, reliability and sensitivity to students and their familiesAssist with personal care needs as required, including general health and safety of students - training will be providedWork collaboratively with teaching staff and students to support positive outcomesSupport students with self-regulation and curriculum accessSupport the use of reasonable adjustments for students with disabilityProven ability to work independently, achieving quality work outcomesDemonstrated high-level communication skillsEfficient multi-tasking, time management and organisational skills Interested?
