In this pivotal frontline role, you will provide advanced, patient-centred care while exercising clinical judgement, leadership, and professional autonomy in a fast-paced environment. Conduct patient assessments, contribute to care planning, and evaluate outcomes to support safe and effective care delivery. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to drive optimal patient outcomes and ensure seamless care delivery.
