Role Description This is a flexible clinical role based at our new multidisciplinary allied health clinic in Rutherford. The Speech Pathologist will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality assessments and therapy services. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating communication disorders, designing and implementing individualized therapy plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and maintaining detailed progress and outcome documentation. The role requires direct client interaction and proactive collaboration with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications Expertise in Speech Therapy and addressing DysphagiaStrong knowledge of Communication Disorders and Language DisordersExperience in supporting speech and language developmentProficiency in developing and implementing evidence-based therapy plansExcellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skillsAbility to provide compassionate and individualized client careBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology Current professional registration (e.g., SPA) and relevant certificationsExperience working with children, adolescents, and adults is advantageous
