This role will begin with a mix of on-the-tools work and oversight responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have: • A valid plumbing qualification and license • Proven experience in commercial plumbing and/or maintenance • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • A proactive and organised approach to leading a small team • A commitment to safety and adherence to relevant codes and regulations • Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic • A valid National Police Clearance and Working with Children Clearance
