The Opportunity As a Project Manager within our Asset Management Services (AMS) division, you will play a key role in delivering high-voltage preventative maintenance solutions that help our customers maximise the reliability, safety, and lifespan of their electrical assets. At CPP, we partner with clients to develop and implement tailored maintenance programs, ensuring their high-voltage infrastructure remains compliant, efficient, and well-maintained. You will oversee all aspects of project execution, from routine inspections and condition monitoring to complex maintenance projects. In This Role You Will Plan and execute high-voltage preventative maintenance projects in line with PMBOK principles.Control project programming, cost, time, quality, purchasing, contract administration, general site administration and the activities of sub-contractors.Assist customers in the development and implementation f maintenance schedules that align with best practices and asset management strategies.Coordinate testing, inspection, and condition monitoring activities during annual outage maintenanceManage overall safety, quality, and environmental compliance for maintenance works.Monitor project progress and manage issues as they arise.Work closely with clients to ensure maintenance strategies align with their operational needs and asset performance goals. About You Desired Skills and Experience To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess Proven experience in Project Management within High Voltage Asset Maintenance.Strong understanding of preventative maintenance strategies, condition monitoring techniques, and asset lifecycle management.General knowledge of design, procurement, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage electrical systems.A proactive, outcome-driven approach with a focus on asset reliability and risk mitigationExcellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why Join Us?
