We are looking for a talented, creative, and driven Content Creator / Social Media Assistant to join our team immediately. About the Role This is a hands-on, creative role where you will: Film and edit high-quality video content (Reels, short-form video, behind-the-scenes, patient journeys) Capture professional photography of treatments, team, and practice environment Create engaging Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube content Develop and research fresh content ideas regularly Plan, schedule and assist with posting across all platforms Work closely with the principal dentist and team to bring creative ideas to life Maintain brand consistency and elevate our premium image You will play a key role in shaping the online presence of a fast-growing, boutique dental brand. Essential Skills & Experience Experience in videography and lighting Strong photography skills Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro Canva Adobe Lightroom. Ability to research trends and independently generate content ideas Understanding of Instagram, TikTok & short-form content strategy Basic knowledge of branding and visual storytelling Confidence directing team members on camera Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is advantageous but not essential.
