As we expand production, we are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Casual Production Operators to support manufacturing operations. The Role This is a hands-on production role within a regulated food and supplement manufacturing environment. You will support the blending, processing, filling, packing, and cleaning of functional food and supplement products while ensuring strict adherence to GMP, hygiene, and documentation requirements. This role is ideal for individuals who are process-driven, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a structured manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Production & Manufacturing Support Assist with weighing and staging raw materials Support powder blending and liquid processing operations Operate and monitor blending, filling, and packaging equipment Conduct sachet, pouch, tub, and bottle filling Perform in-process checks (weights, seals, visual quality checks) Pack finished goods according to specifications Documentation & Compliance Complete batch documentation accurately and legibly Follow SOPs and work instructions strictly Maintain traceability of raw materials and finished goods Adhere to GMP, hygiene, and allergen control procedures Report deviations, equipment issues, or quality concerns Hygiene & Housekeeping Perform equipment cleaning and sanitation Follow cleaning validation procedures Maintain organised and clean production areas Support stock rotation (FIFO) and material handling About You Essential Previous experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or supplement manufacturing Ability to follow written instructions and batch records Strong attention to detail Good numeracy skills Understanding of hygiene and food safety principles Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg Highly Desirable Experience with powder blending Experience with sachet or pouch filling machines Exposure to GMP or HACCP environments Forklift licence Experience handling nutraceutical or functional ingredients Personal Attributes Reliable and punctual Quality-focused and process-driven Team-oriented Safety-conscious Willing to learn and follow structured systems Why Join ProbioWorld Group?
