Supermarket Manager Each of these roles requires a dynamic and hands on leader, who is able to maintain good standards and service all year round. The successful applicants will need to have a good understanding of the supermarket business, including compliance areas such as HACCP and WH&S. Key components of this role include wage budgets, sales budgets, and gross profit targets, as well as being able to work and mix with a diverse team of people within the supermarket and liquor environment. Customer relations, cash office, register operation and great understanding of operational procedures are also important components.
