About the Role As a Domestic Cleaner at TwinView Health, you will play an essential role in supporting clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. You will provide high quality domestic assistance services in accordance with individual care plans while maintaining a compassionate and respectful approach at all times. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, value building positive relationships and understand the importance of maintaining a safe home environment for vulnerable people. Key Responsibilities Provide general household cleaning including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and bathroom sanitation Kitchen cleaning including benches, sinks, stovetops and appliances Laundry tasks including washing, hanging, folding and ironing as required Changing bed linen Waste removal and maintaining a hygienic environment Reporting hazards, maintenance concerns or changes in client wellbeing to the appropriate supervisor Following infection prevention and control procedures Adhering to organisational policies, work health and safety requirements and client confidentiality obligations About You You will demonstrate: A strong work ethic and attention to detail Respect for client dignity, privacy and cultural diversity An understanding of working within client homes Reliability and ability to work independently Effective communication skills A compassionate and professional approach Experience working with older people, people living with disability or individuals with complex health needs will be highly regarded.
