What You’ll DriveWorking under broad direction of the Director, Aboriginal Access Centre (AAC), the Aboriginal Education Partnerships Advisor provides a key role in liaising with regional industry to understand future workforce development needs including minimum requirements, and for championing the adoption of the strategic framework for partnership management. The Skills You BringProven successful experience in establishing effective networks, alliances and operational relationships with internal stakeholders including providing expert advice and resolving multi-layered issues and situations.Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to influence, consult and liaise collaboratively with a range of key stakeholders across the business.Demonstrated experience of working in a large multi-disciplined education and training provider with detailed understanding and knowledge of educational systems and processes which provide outcomes to address the training needs of specific community groups.
