What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming customers with a warm and friendly manner Taking customer orders and handling payments efficiently Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintaining a clean and organised front-of-house area Assisting the kitchen team as required Contributing to a positive team environment What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role, preferably in the hospitality industry Minimum of 1 years hospitality experience is required for this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities A friendly, professional and positive attitude Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays Candidates must be available to work varied shifts as required by the business.
