The Opportunity Supporting four experienced Investment Advisers, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients and play an integral role in delivering a seamless service experience. You’ll work alongside a collaborative network of Associates across the broader business, while being the sole Associate within this high-growth team. This role has a defined pathway for someone who is looking to progress into an Investment Advisor. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering an exceptional client experience. Proactively anticipate adviser and client needs, ensuring all requests are actioned efficiently and with discretion. Manage client documentation, onboarding, and account administration with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate client meetings, reporting and follow-up tasks to support advisers in delivering personalised advice. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of client transactions and compliance requirements. About You Background in wealth management or financial services in a client service, CSO or Associate-type role. Strong emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Confident working independently while being part of a wider network of Associates. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure. Proactive mindset with a genuine commitment to exceptional client outcomes.
