Engaging in clients individualised or group programs, hobbies and interests. This could anything from walks and exercise programs, music, art and crafts, sports and games or following the clients lead. Provide personal care respectfully, if and when required. Capacity build to maintain clients independence and encourage them to be active part of their community. Promote choice and control using person centered active support.
