This opportunity allows you to complete the nationally recognised CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) while gaining paid, hands-on experience in a Home & Community settings. ACA is looking for people who can bring customer service skills and a desire to work in this growth industry, supporting elderly residents living in Kadina and the surrounding areas. This traineeship combines on-the-job training, classroom learning, and ongoing mentorship, making it ideal for career changers, return-to-work candidates, and those passionate about supporting older Australians.
