Adelong Services, Citizens and Bowling Club is seeking an experienced and innovative Contract Caterer to operate our restaurant— with a preferred focus on Asian cuisine. About the opportunity We’re looking for a passionate food operator who can deliver fresh and tasty menus that excite our members. You’ll oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, manage your own team, and work closely with Club management to grow our dining experience.
