Our Projects Reporting to the Project Manager and managing a small team of Contracts Administrators, this role will be responsible for the evaluation and administration of the head contract, providing technical support and Contracts Administrator Management. Your Role Ensuring contract compliance with regards to contractual provisions and notice time framesUpdating the maintenance of accurate registers (Procurement, Commercial Clarification, Correspondence, Variation, Site Instruction, Extension of Time Claim)Daily, Weekly and monthly cost reporting to our clientAssisting site team capturing the notifying the client of change events/variations.Ensuring contract deadlines are met for notices and claim submission.Controlling change register and working closely with clients Contract manager to ensure timely closeout of change events/variationsCompletion of progress claim at end of month.Involved in preparation and issuing of RFQ documentation including all related attachments/information and timeframes required for issue of documentationCompiling and submission of any Extension of Time ClaimsIdentifying costs related to Variations of works To be successful, you will have the following: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering - IdealDemonstrated experience in a similar position working for a Civil Contractor on a large scale infrastructure project - A mustExperience managing and mentoring small teamClaim Management experience Solid understanding of cost control and reportingStrong attention to detail and accuracy What we offer Skills Whittens are committed to investing in our people, offering learning and development opportunities to build on the skills and experience you bring.
