Meriton Suites currently has an opportunity available for an Assistant Night Manager for our Broadbeach hotel. About the Role As the Assistant Night Manager you will support the Night Manager to represent Meriton Suites in the absence of the Hotel Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all guests and staff. Your Key Responsibilities: Support Night Manager in overall supervision of the hotel Solely represent Meriton Suites in the absence of the Night Manager's days off Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests and colleagues Greeting and welcoming our guests Management and training of staff Check-in and check-out of guests Complaint handling and resolution Ensuring relevant front desk tasks are actioned and completed Attend to guest enquiries, requests and follow-ups if required Preparation and set up for the following day Guest accounting Auditing Occasional covering of AM/PM shifts when required Your Attributes: Confident and able to work under pressure Proactive and able to make decisions autonomously Professionally presented A genuine passion for guest and colleague experience Well organised with a meticulous eye for detail Cultivates a positive team culture Strong communicator Why Meriton Suites?
