Responsibilities: Work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider team. Deliver high-quality trade work across plumbing, electrical or refrigeration disciplines. Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective works and emergency reactive response. Investigate and troubleshoot plant requiring rectification. Coordinate and lead small-scale projects as required. Operate safely and professionally on active sites. Keep accurate records and documentation of works performed. Assist in the provision of on-the-job training for apprentices. Support other trade disciplines as required to ensure team success. Minimum Requirements: Relevant trade qualification (Plumbing, Electrical or Refrigeration / Air Conditioning) Appropriate licences for their specific trade discipline (QBCC/Electrical Workers/RHL) 3 years hands-on, post-trade experience strongly preferred. Confident using digital job management systems, reporting platforms and compliance documentation. Strong work ethic and pride in neat, compliant workmanship. Problem-solving mindset. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Australian residents only. C-Class Drivers' licence.
