About the role We are seeking a friendly and experienced Physiotherapy Clinic Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Subiaco Physiotherapy in Subiaco, Western Australia. This casual role will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and supporting the smooth running of our busy physiotherapy clinic. Candidates might be required to be available to work evenings and weekends as required for this casual position. What you'll be doing Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner Scheduling patient appointments and managing the clinic's calendar Handling patient enquiries, both in person and over the phone Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical databases Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, emailing and inventory management Providing a high level of customer service to ensure a positive patient experience Assistance with maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within a healthcare or medical setting Valid Australian work visa or work rights are required for this position Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and manage a busy schedule Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office and clinic management systems (we use Cliniko) A friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanour to provide a welcoming environment for our patients What we offer At Subiaco Physiotherapy, we are committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment for our employees.
