Our client is looking for an experienced, hands-on Plant Operator to join their Engineering Services Construction team. Operating multiple in-house crews delivering essential road and infrastructure upgrades across the community; from roundabouts and laneways to car parks and soak wells. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be part of a construction crew delivering roadworks maintenance and civil upgrades, including: Installing new roundabouts Upgrading laneways and access ways Maintaining and constructing car parks Updating soak wells and drainage Minor traffic management and spotting General labouring duties as required You’ll also require at a minimum an HR license, ideally you’ll hold an MC license. You’ll also require tickets to operate a range of plant machinery including: Roller Six-wheeler Skid-steer Watercart Excavator Loader This is a physically active role and you’ll need to be willing to jump off the machine and support the crew when needed.
