You'll work within a skilled group supporting collaboration, messaging, automation and productivity platforms used organisation-wide. Your new role You will be the senior technical specialist supporting and enhancing the Microsoft 365 environment. This includes managing BAU operations, troubleshooting complex issues, leading evergreening, and contributing to key programs across Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID, Copilot, automation and compliance. You'll work closely with architects, SMEs and project teams to ensure stable, secure and continuously improving M365 services.
