Your new role As a Solution Architect, you will lead the technical design and architecture across several high-impact strategic projects commencing in early 2026. Working across multiple concurrent initiatives, you will translate business needs into scalable, secure, and future-ready technical solutions aligned to enterprise architecture standards.You'll contribute to projects such as assessment platform uplift, responsible AI frameworks, AI-driven tender matching, research systems replacement, and legacy repository migration. Key responsibilities include: Developing conceptual, logical, and physical architectural designs Leading technology and platform evaluations Designing integration strategies for complex multi-system environments Providing architectural leadership throughout project delivery Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and AI governance frameworks Producing high-quality architecture documentation and decision records Supporting delivery teams through implementation, testing, and quality assurance Engaging with diverse stakeholders and presenting architectural recommendations Contributing to best practice, standards, and reusable architecture patterns What you'll need to succeed At least 5 years' experience in Solution Architecture or similar senior technical roles A strong track record designing enterprise-level solutions across cloud, integration, data, and application domains Deep understanding of architectural frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and modern architectural patterns Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Solid knowledge of integration patterns, security, authentication, and data governance Experience with AI/ML architectures, LLM integration, or responsible AI practices Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience delivering across multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities What you'll get in return You will join a team working at the forefront of digital transformation, influencing the future of research, learning, and AI capability uplift.
