About the Role Full Time | 12 months Fixed Term (Parental leave cover) Term 3 2026 – Term 2 2027 French Years 5-10 (possibility to teach VCE) Experience in Primary and Secondary French teaching Key Responsibilities Plan, develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in line with the curriculum Ability to demonstrate effective teaching practices across different year levels Provide regular feedback to students and maintain accurate records of progress Actively participate in school events, meetings, and co-curricular activities as needed Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students thrive About You Relevant teaching qualifications and current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) A strong background in teaching French Outstanding knowledge of the subject curriculum Skilled in creating meaningful connections with students and colleagues Have a passion for introducing fresh, innovative teaching methods that inspire young minds. Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and creatively with others to improve the quality of programs and enhance student outcomes Our teachers are expected to participate in and support our commitment to our students to ensure they have a well-rounded school experience encompassing curriculum, co-curricular and pastoral care in addition to participating in our sporting program through coaching and managing sport teams.
